Intelligent Body Classes/Schedule
Christa has a studio in Murphys called Intelligent Body Movement Studio. She sees individual clients Tuesday-Thursday, holds introduction to Pilates classes, intermediate and advanced mat classes as well as Franklin Method of Anatomical Imagery classes. See below for a schedule of classes.
