This month's back care tip:

Stretch ribs and breathe into back. Come into the table position. Scoop your abdomin in and up, coming into the "cat" postiion. Stay in the "cat' position, keep your abs in and breathe into the sides and back of the ribs. After five breaths, return to neutral. Come into standing and feel the breath expand into the sides and back of your body.
